The conversion of the former office block into Catherine’s House is the first part of the wider St Catherine’s Place scheme. The conversion has produced an eight-storey residential block, featuring 54 one and two-bedroom apartments.
These new homes were designed to appeal to the local market 80% were sold to buyers from the area. Launched to the market in the summer of 2018, nearly all of the apartments were sold within the first six months of being released and residents began to move in during December 2018. They are all now sold and occupied.
St Catherine’s Place has the potential to kick-start the transformation of Bedminster and we’re keen to play an active role in the regeneration of the area with new homes in the heart of this community.
